Efi Ram

Efi has been working in the IT industry since 1994 and has been engaged in a large range of projects in various roles that included gathering requirements through system definition, development and implementation and has extensive and wide business knowledge in process improvement. Efi has helped to facilitate processes in many sectors, mainly in the consumer, mining, and logistics industry.

Efi is technology oriented combined with industrial and business acumen. Recently Efi achieved a wide experience in providing integration solutions within the mining industry by tailoring specific middle parts to Rio Tinto and BHP. Rio Tinto and BHP put a lot of effort into consolidating their data and try to bring more analytical reports to the end users.

Efi has a degree (B-Tech) in Industrial and information systems and an MCP, MCPD from Microsoft in a variety of products such as integration tools (BizTalk 2006), portals (Microsoft SharePoint 2007) and databases (MS SQL Server 2005).

Efi is also qualified for 6 Sigma green belt and has participated and managed four different projects utilising the methodology and the principles of 6 Sigma.

Mike Feder

Mike has been working in the IT industry since 1997 in various roles such as programming, team leader, development manager, architect and senior consultant. Mike has an extensive Microsoft knowledge focused on large cross platform integration solutions as an Architect and Senior Consultant using Microsoft Integration Technologies.

Mike's extensive experience comes from executing long term projects in large organizations in various roles in sectors such as finance, government, defense, telecommunications, billing, airline companies, insurance and more.

Mike has been working closely with Microsoft, through the Microsoft Consulting Services division on many occasions incorporating Microsoft Integration solutions to Microsoft clients.

Mike is one of our leading architects for any integration or enterprise solution. Making sure that all our solutions receive the outmost scrutiny and attention, and providing our clients the best of bread optimized solution.

Mike has a degree (BA) in Economics and Business studies from one of the most prestigious universities in Israel, Tel Aviv University.
Mike has passed with honors an extensive postgraduates re-training course to Computer Science in one of the best Computer Science colleges in Israel, John Bryce College, Israel.
Mike has participated in many of Microsoft certified courses in a variety of technologies such as: OOP, Web Development and BizTalk 2004/2006.

Ran Launer Cohen

Ran has been working in the IT industry since 2001 in various roles such as programming, team leader, development manager, architect and senior consultant. Ran has an extensive Microsoft knowledge focused on large cross platform integration solutions as an Architect and Senior Consultant using Microsoft Integration Technologies.

Ran's extensive experience comes from executing long term projects in large organizations in various roles in sectors such as finance, telecommunications, corporate services companies, electronic companies, insurance and more.

Ran has a wide experience in managing off-shoring projects as well as in-house projects of all sizes.
